<p class="Head3">In <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Calc, is there a way to "rotate" a spreadsheet so that rows become columns and vice versa?</p>

<p class="P2">First mark the area of the table that you want to transpose.</p>

<p class="P2">Choose the <span class="T1">Edit - Cut</span> menu item</p>

<p class="P2">Set the cursor in the cell that is to be the top left cell in the result.</p>

<p class="P2">Choose the <span class="T1">Edit - Content</span> menu item</p>

<p class="P2">In the dialog, in the <span class="T1">Select</span> area mark <span class="T1">Add all</span> and in the <span class="T1">Options</span> area the <span class="T1">Transpose</span> check box.</p>
<p class="P2">If you now click on the <span class="T1">OK</span> button the columns and lines are swapped.</p>
